Police have been conducting speed enforcement on Stow Park Road in Marton, Gainsborough on Tuesday 5 May.
We have spoken with residents who have raised their concerns over speeding in the area. The local community have reported collisions in recent years on the road and say that road users need to slow down to prevent someone getting seriously injured.
The proactive checks showed encouraging results, with no vehicles reported for travelling at excess speeds.
Advice to all road users is to be mindful of the speed limit on the road you are travelling on and stick within the limit. Speeding is one of the #Fatal5 the main causes of people being killed or seriously injured on our roads. |
